ContentStrategy&Copywriting

Clear messaging, intentional structure, and copy that drives the action you want.

Typical investment$1,800 – $5,000 (bundled with design)
Typical timeline2–4 weeks (overlaps with design)

Most small business sites have the same content problem: too many pages, no clear hierarchy, copy that talks about the business instead of to the customer. We help you fix all three — by mapping what your customers actually need to know, in what order, and writing the copy that gets them there.

/ What's included

Content audit of your current site (what to keep, cut, rewrite)
Information architecture + sitemap mapping
Copy for every page on the new site
Brand voice + tone guidelines (so future edits sound like you)
SEO-conscious headlines + meta descriptions
Call-to-action strategy per page

/ Why content comes before design

Design without content is decoration. Before we lay out a single page, we figure out what each page needs to say — and what action it needs to drive. The design then frames that content, instead of the content being forced into a pretty template.

/ We write in your voice

We don't replace your voice with ours. Through a short interview and a few rounds of revision, we nail the tone that sounds like you — confident, local, plainspoken — and then write everything in that voice. By the time we hand off, you should read every page and think 'yeah, that's how I'd say it.'

/ Questions

Quick answers about this service.

  • Can I write the copy myself and save money?
Absolutely. If you have the time and the inclination, we'll happily work with copy you provide and focus on design + build. We'll still review it for clarity and flag anything that's going to hurt SEO or conversion, but you save the strategy-and-copywriting line item.
  • Do you write blog posts too?
Yes, on a retainer basis. Blog content is most useful when published consistently — one solid post a month for a year does more than ten posts in one sprint. We can set up a content calendar, write the posts, and publish them through your CMS.
